Orders usually ship out within 24 hours M-F and arrive in 3-4 business days. If we expect that your order will arrive later than 5-7 business days then we will notify you via email. Since many of our medals are made to order, we do occasionally experience a 2-week restocking delay. If such a delay happens, we'll be sure to let you know right away. 

You may return your item for full money back within 30 days of receiving your item for any reason. You may also exchange the item for a different item, provided you cover the difference if the new item is more expensive. We only ask that you cover the shipping fees. For 1 jewelry item, the shipping fee is typically $9. For 4 or more jewelry items, the shipping fee is typically $14+. 

Our sacred medals are made to last a lifetime, but gold and silver will tarnish and wear down over time. We recommend that you send back your necklace at least once a year minimum for servicing. If your medal tarnishes due to normal wear and tear, then we will fix it up for you for a flat rate of $26.

We guarentee that all of our jewelry items will be good for a lifetime, provided that they are cared for properly. Disclaimer: some people have a certain chemical reaction that happens when their skin comes into contact with silver or gold, which causes the jewelry to tarnish. We can guarentee that our jewelry stands up to normal wear and tear, but not extreme situations like an allergic reaction, extreme heat, or strong chemicals like bleach.
